We recommend storing all of your skincare products in a cool, dry, and dark place. To extend the life of your products you might want to keep them refrigerated as well.
After you open a sachet be sure to use it as soon as possible as it will dry out if exposed to air. Unopened sachets will last 2 years if stored properly.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are shipped via DHL. DHL Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Items sold via DPTMNT.com and any of its subsidiaries are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the products. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/ replacement. A photo of the damaged, defective or wrong item may be requested.
